Biography
Kate Polizzi has been an associate with the firm since obtaining her law degree from Catholic University Columbus School of Law. She focuses her practice on real estate and lending transactions as well as commercial business transactions handling complex acquisitions, sales, financing and leases. She handles the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents as well as preparing all documents required to complete and facilitate commercial and residential closings. Her clients include public and private lenders, land developers, home builders, as well as individual purchasers and sellers. She is also well experienced in structuring and organizing business entities.
